How delivery works
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped. Files are delivered via email or a shared document link, depending on your preference.
Timeline by package
- Starter (up to 5 pages): 7 business days from completed brief
- Growth (up to 12 pages): 5 business days from completed brief
- Studio (unlimited pages): timeline agreed at project start, typically 10-14 business days
- Rush delivery add-on: 48 business hours from completed brief, subject to availability
Project start
Work begins within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive the brief questionnaire via email. The delivery clock starts when we receive a completed brief, not when payment is made.
File formats
Deliverables are provided in Google Docs format by default. Word (.docx) or plain text formats are available on request at no extra charge.
Delays
If a completed brief is not received within 14 days of project start, we may need to reschedule the project slot. If delays are on our side, you will be notified immediately.
