1. Agreement
By placing an order with customwebcopywriting, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before completing a purchase.
2. Services
We provide professional copywriting services delivered digitally. Scope, deliverables, and revision rounds are defined by the package selected at time of purchase. All services are delivered in digital format and no physical goods are shipped.
3. Payment
Full payment is required before work begins. Payments are processed via Stripe. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount charged.
4. Delivery
Work begins within 1-3 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery timelines depend on the selected package and are communicated at project start. Rush delivery (48h) is available as an add-on subject to availability.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as listed in the package description. A revision round is a single consolidated set of feedback. Additional revision rounds may be purchased separately at the listed add-on rate.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate brief information, responding to questions within agreed timeframes, and reviewing drafts promptly. Delays caused by late brief submission or feedback may affect delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual property
All copy becomes your property upon final delivery and full payment. We retain the right to reference the project type in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
